Jaydin's Pay it Forward

Part 1
Pay it Forward is a movie that every grade 8 class had to watch. The movie was about a boy named Trevor who had to make a difference in the world. He decides that he should help three people and they help another person and it goes on. The whole little chain goes on for awhile because when he helps one person then that means they'll help another person and it never stops. The whole point is so he could help make a difference starting with one person.

Part 2
My Pay it Forward action to help the world was to clean up around the school. Me and Shera went around the school and picked up trash. We tried our best to get through as much as we could because we only had a little bit of time before we had to go home.

I chose this activity because i keep hearing on the announcements that people aren't putting their garbage in the garbage. I also chose this because a clean area makes the school look much nicer instead of having garbage on the ground around it

I helped the community.

We picked up garbage around the school area to make it look nicer.

I did this act of kindness on November 15, 2011

Part 3
I think my act of kindness went well because I know i helped out the community and school.

We went to clean garbage up after school and made it look cleaner around the school.

I felt good because i know how the school doesn't like the trash around it so it felt good to know we cleaned up a lot of it.

Mr.Lambert saw us do it and he said that it was really good of us.

I am hoping that the students of the school will now pay it forward because of it looking cleaner and start putting trash in the garbage.

We did not ask because we thought we would just clean up around the school because the announcements always say to clean up.

Part 4

The idea of Pay it Forward is important to me because i think it is good to help everyone and to just be nice when ever possible.

My act of kindness has made difference because now the school is cleaner just like they wanted.
