No it is not fair because the boy who attempt to get $ 3 billion got 3 years sentenced but Roy Brown got 15 years sentence just because he attempt to get $ 100.
3. What would you have done if you were the judge?
If I were the judge I would change the decision. Instead, I would give the boy who attempt to get $ 3 billion 15 years sentence and I would give Mr. Brown what he receive. I'll give him about a year or half of the year because he turned himself in.
